Our February 2017 poll asked likely NC voters about state laws mandating insurance coverage. Our question and the responses were:
Currently all insurance in North Carolina must cover a minimum number of services mandated by law. North Carolina has one of the highest number of mandated coverages in the nation. Would you support or oppose legislation eliminating mandated coverages and instead, allowing insurance companies to offer varying levels of coverage options from which customers can choose?
