These three maps for the existing NC house, NC senate and congressional redistricting plans show the deviation above or below what will be required when they draw the new maps in 2011.
The districts with negative percentages will have to grow larger in size while those with positive percentages will shrink to reach the optimum population for the respective district. They have been color coded for quick visual reference to see where deviations in populations are clustered.
