Join us at our Aug. 18 Poll Lunch to get an in-depth look at a crucial voting bloc that could decide this year’s election: unaffiliated voters.
Here’s Civitas President Francis De Luca to explain more:
As our Carolina Transparency Project shows, unaffiliated voters now make up more than 29 percent of the voting population, and they are by far the fastest-growing segment of the electorate.
Yet there are many misconceptions about this group. At our Aug. 18 Poll Lunch, you can learn about our latest poll of this group and how they see the key candidates and issues. In addition to the release of our poll data, expert commentary will be provided by De Luca and John Davis, long one of the best-known political analysts in the state.
The lunch takes place at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, 1707 Hillsborough St., Raleigh, from 11:45 to 1 p.m.
Tickets are still available, and you can sign up here.
We hope to see you there!
