There has been much discussion about the impact of the HHS mandate on churches and religious organizations. One aspect of this discussion that has been overlooked is what private employers – whose consciences have been equally violated by the HHS mandate – can do to respond to the challenges posed by the law.
That is the topic of a timely and much-needed afternoon seminar titled, Taking Conscience Seriously, put on by the our friends at The Thomas International Center. The seminar will be held on Tuesday, June 26th from 1:30 -4:00 p.m. at the Cardinal Club in Raleigh. Speakers include Francis J. Manion (Senior Counsel for the American Center on Law and Justice); Fulvio Di Blasi (Co-Director of the Thomas International Center) and Christopher Wolfe (Emeritus Professor of political science at Marquette University and co-Director of Thomas International Center.
Cost of the seminar is $99. For additional information call The Thomas International Center at 919-995-3754
