The state House could vote as early as Tuesday on HB2 to repeal the mandate in the national healthcase act that would require individuals to buy health insurance. Although a federal judge in Florida ruled the federal law was unconstitutional, the case still has to go through appeals and could get derailed. Democratic lawmakers brought in health advocates to hold their own press conference at the General Assembly. They used the same arguments, nothing new.
