State Senate Republicans have gone beyond the $400 million the Governor wanted authority to cut in the current budget. The Appropriations Committee passed SB 13 that would give the Governor permission to cut up to 5% in the current budget. But they didn’t stop there. Below is a list of the cuts that add up to $800 million:
