In response to Lt. Governor Dan Forest’s issuance of a letter outlining 67 questions for NCDPI and Superintendent June Atkinson yesterday, NCDPI requested 10,000 sheets of paper to respond.
So Lt. Gov. Forest obliged.
Lt. Gov. Forest posted the photo above on Facebook, along with the caption:
Common Core NC Update:
For those of you following my efforts to seek answers to #CommonCore in North Carolina, please be aware that my 67-question letter to the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) will be answered. Yesterday after receiving my letter, DPI asked that I supply 10,000 pieces of paper so that they could answer my questions. We delivered the paper this afternoon. Upon receipt of their reply to my letter, my team will methodically research all the answers supplied so that we can push this dialogue at the upcoming Board of Education meetings. I will keep you updated on the progress of this effort. The picture you see is of the 10,000 pieces of paper we delivered to DPI.
It certainly does not seem that Lt. Gov. Forest plans on backing down.
Go, Lt. Dan. You da’ man, Dan. NC deserves answers to these questions. Thank you for asking on our behalf.
Thank you for staying strong Lt. Governor Forest. We desperately need courageous men to stand and fight on behalf of the Constitution and to help restore our nation. There is no better place to start than in our public schools. The left has taken over the curriculum and content and has so drastically shifted our education system towards the left that it is going to take many years to repair the damage that Conservatives have allowed them to cause.
Thank you and God bless you,
Clayton Dillard
