Nascar Mogul (Bruton Smith): "I want to build a dragway"
City Council (Concord, NC): "Nope"
Nascar Mogul: "Well, hell, I’ll leave and take Concord Speedway with me."
CIty Council: "Ok, ok. Wait. Sorry, we–"
Nascar Mogul: "Well?"
City Council: "How does $80 million sound?"
Nascar Mogul: "Peachy."
