First, they try to put United States troops under United Nations command, now North Carolina’s own William Barbour (President, NC NAACP) wants the UN to dictate U.S. election law.
In this “The Guardian” article, Barber gets in one of his sanctimonious and insufferable quotes when he claims that the trend to restore integrity to elections in states passing election reforms, such as voter ID, is the “most vicious, coordinated and sinister attack to narrow participation in our democracy since the early 20th century”.
The NAACP and many other liberal advocacy groups have fought tooth and nail against any election reform legislation that would prevent or detect voter fraud or confirm the identity of voters.
This week, the organization will present evidence to the UN high commissioner on human rights of what it believes to be a conscious attempt to “block the vote” on the part of state legislatures across the US. Next March, the NAACP will send a delegation of legal experts to Geneva to enlist the support of the UN human
rights council.
After this year’s state legislative sessions, more than 30 states now require some sort of identification to vote.

There are two things that conservatives must do in 2012 and that is GOTV and STOP voter fraud in North Carolina.
