John Fund tells us in his National Review article about, what the left would probably call, “just a little creative voting” in Cincinnati, Ohio during the 2012 General Election.
It seems that a poll worker (Democrat Melowese Richardson) proudly announced (to a TV station no less) that she had voted twice in her own name. She also says she voted absentee ballots for her daughter and her brother, among others. Richardson’s daughter also cast a ballot in person.
Richardson told Channel 9 that she had done nothing wrong and that she will fight the charges for President Obama. Ms. Richardson said, “I’ll fight it for Mr. Obama and for Mr. Obama’s right to sit as president of the United States.”
Yes… voter fraud is all over NC. This one was in Forsyth County and involved someone up for a really good government job:

Voter Fraud is a felony.
She has admitted to what she did.
Arrest her and put her in jail along with the rest of
the ones that committed fraud…. oh wait we don’t have
big enough jails to hold them all do we?
Maybe we should ship them all off to a remote island
and they can LEARN how to take care of themselves there…
Either way fraud is fraud and you get ONE vote per LIVING person
in this country and she is wrong and should be called out on it and
the election should be called invalid and redone however we need
to find a way to prevent fraud or it’s useless and worthless isn’t it?
A waste of time and money when so much fraud is occurring that you can’t believe the outcome due to the ridiculous amount of fraud.
I think all states should have voter IDs you have to have IDs for every thing else!!!!!

Voter fraud is incredibly rare and voting is a right, not a privilege. The Voter ID laws that Civitas supports are obviously an attempt to suppress the vote in communities that don’t support your policies.
Like almost all examples of voter fraud that you guys give, the above example wouldn’t actually be solved by Voter ID laws, yet for some reason that’s your answer. Oh yeah, and you also support doing away with same day registration and cutting back on early voting. So transparent.
There is not really much fraud. Think of all the free ID cards the government would have to produce and keep up to date for FREE!! Because, you can’t charge or tax people to vote!
