The panel of experts will include Mr. Tom Farr of Ogletree Deakins and Mr. Sean Andrussier of Duke University’s School of Law, both of whom have extensive appellate litigation experience. Dr. Steven Kagan, a surgeon with Carolina Vascular, will also bring his medical expertise to the panel. The panel discussion will be preceded by a brief discussion of a special poll conducted by Civitas that gauges North Carolinians opinion of Obamacare.
