1:30 p.m. — Matthew Bryant, lead attorney for the plaintiffs in Kirby v. NC Department of Transportation, will join us to talk about the human side of the “Map Act” case that has seen significant discussion by legal scholars and commentators.

2 p.m. — Leadership Institute Regional Field Coordinator Craig Dixon will join us to discuss the phenomenon of “safe spaces” on college campuses. We’ll talk about recent events and the University of Missouri, Ithaca College, and elsewhere. | |
2:30 p.m. — Civitas Institute Communications Coordinator Demi Dowdy will close out the show by discussing messaging and marketing in the 2016 GOP Presidential race. How do candidates appease the base, demonstrate what makes them unique, and still prepare to win the general election? |
