Earlier this week, Civitas Polling released the results of our latest flash poll, which exclusively focused on North Carolina’s 13th Congressional District.
This survey, which was more narrow in focus than our monthly statewide poll, provided an opportunity to better understand what is shaping voter sentiment in what looks to be a competitive race. In the past, NC-13 has been considered a lean-Republican district, with an R+6 rating, according to Cook Political.
