Earlier this week, Civitas Polling released the results of our latest flash poll, which exclusively focused on North Carolina’s 9th Congressional District.
This survey, which was more narrow in focus than our monthly statewide poll, provided an opportunity to better understand what is shaping voter sentiment in what looks to be a highly contested district. In the past, NC-09 has been considered a reasonably safe district for Republican candidates, boasting an R+7 rating on Cook Political.
