In a Harvard Magazine interview, Prof. Elizabeth Bartholet made a case for banning homeschooling in the United States. Harvard intends to host a summit in June to discuss further regulating home instruction. We also address Gov. Roy Cooper’s plan to reopen the North Carolina economy in lengthy phases.
