North Carolina continues to be a hotbed of election-related activity and it doesn’t look like it’s slowing down anytime soon. Lawsuit after lawsuit continue to confirm the Left’s “Sue til blue” strategy, leading to seemingly never-ending redistricting cases and attacks on voter ID requirements (which the voters chose to place in the state constitution in 2018).
If that weren’t enough, there are regular attempts by lawmakers to clamp down on online political speech. Some are pushing for such speech to be regulated, ignoring the unending headaches and rights infringements such legislation would create.
