Not necessarily…how about a real article that takes a close look at the winners and losers? This piece simply makes a narrow and shallow conclusion based on unproven ideology.
Since the top 10% of taxpayers pay 70% of all federal tax and they are not getting a reduction from the 39.6 rate,I would say they are the losers.The bottom 50% are paying 2.75% of all federal taxes and will probably be paying even less.It amazes me how you give a tax cut to people that don’t pay any to start with.
