RALEIGH – The Civitas Center for Law and Freedom (CLF) has filed a federal lawsuit requesting a restraining order against including ballots cast via same-day registration in the 2016 election, pending further investigation.

Civitas President Francis De Luca said, “To count ballots without verification of same-day registration information discriminates by treating one class of voters differently from another. Furthermore, this calls into question the outcome of close elections such as the one we are still in the middle of in North Carolina. Legitimate voters should never have their votes cancelled by illegitimate voters. The State Board of Elections should examine every ballot cast via same-day registration to verify that every vote cast is genuine and legitimate.”

Civitas you are right on target. during Sunday”s State Board Conference call it was evident they Did Not want to be responsible for adjudging the suspected voter fraud in NC. The State Board threw it back to the counties to await the counties decisions.
It’s past time for questionable actions should be brought to light. Until each of these registrations, provisional ballots are verified and votes cast by people over 100 years old none of the races should be decided. If the democrats do not like this perhaps they will now realize how photo ID would have streamlined a lot of this and would have helped maintained the integrity of the election. Thank you Civitas for loving our state and rule of law enough to stand up for it.

Why is this suit in Federal court if NC State Law was violated? Why isn’t the executive branch of the State of NC dealing with this? Why didn’t the Governor make sure that this process was handled properly? Why isn’t this in State court?

Everyone with eyes to see knows that those 90,000 last-minute “found” votes in Durham are fraudulent, that Roy Cooper is a criminal usurper who illegally bused “motor voters” in to stuff the ballot boxes, and that he belongs in prison, not the governor’s mansion. Vote fraud is all you Democrats have left for “winning” elections, because the real American voters (i.e. those who aren’t criminals, corpses, and illegal immigrants) have now thoroughly rejected you evil traitors.

Even though Governor McCroy has conceded , it makes it even more important for us to keep an account of those that voted. Voter fraud should be extinguished in North Carolina. I have been registered to vote since I became old enough and I vote. People have ample time to register to vote. Same day registrations should be done away with. And as for “David” you need to know I am neither mindless or a ‘colon” We need picture ID. Thank you Civitas.
Perhaps now that it is possible we could actually have a pro USA SCOTUS it is time to pull out all stops on voter ID. Until we have voter ID our elections will be questionable. We know Democrats will fight this legislation till the bitter end as they know it will be much harder to cheat. The bs about requiring identification to vote as being racist is totally illogical.
Voter fraud is a myth perpetuated by the GOP on their “mindless colons” in order to secure their vote, and deligitimize the opposition when they lose.
