Sepcial Poll Lunch on National Issues with Adam Geller
The Civitas Institute is excited to welcome national pollster Adam Geller, head of National Research Inc., for a special August 5 Poll Lunch. This presentation will include results from polling North Carolina registered voters on national issues.
Adam Geller is the founder and CEO of polling firm National Research Inc. In 2013, he marked his 20th year in the polling profession.
Geller is perhaps best known as the pollster for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. In the 2012 campaign cycle, his firm was cited by statistics analyst Nate Silver of the influential “FiveThirtyEight” website as being the most accurate Republican campaign pollster of the cycle – by far. National Research conducted extensive survey research and focus groups for a wide array of Republican candidates, Super PACS and campaign committees.
In 2010, Geller’s polling and consulting were key components in the Republican Party’s historic takeover of the House of Representatives.
In addition to his political work, he also conducts survey research and consulting for major corporations and firms in the energy, financial, telecommunications, gaming, construction and retail sectors.

Geller is a frequent guest on the Fox News Channel, and served as an on-air election night panelist for Fox News Channel’s groundbreaking 2010 election night coverage.
He began his polling career in 1993, where one of his first major campaigns was George Allen’s victory over Mary Sue Terry in the 1993 Virginia gubernatorial campaign. He continued to poll for dozens of congressional and statewide campaigns that helped secure the large Republican congressional “tsunami” of the 1994 cycle.
Geller received his B.A. in political science from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, in 1988, and his M.A. in political science from the University of Delaware in 1993.
The price will increase to $15 the day of the poll luncheon.
