Starting Today, Online Tool Allows Easy Analysis of Every Ballot Cast in NC
Raleigh, N.C. – The primary election season is really under way now: The Civitas Institute’s NCVoteTracker.com has started to post the very first votes cast.
Beginning with absentee ballots, the online vote tracking tool will be updated daily on weekdays. Then it will also compile One-Stop absentee voting results beginning April 19. All that data will enable people to analyze ballots cast in every legislative and congressional district, county, and precinct in the state.
Whether you’re a political insider or a citizen interested in the campaigns, you can stay updated on early voting trends and which party is turning out its followers – and where. NCVoteTracker.com breaks down the ballots by a myriad of factors, including party, gender, race and age, all while providing charts and graphs for visual comparison.
“We take the voting data from the State Board of Elections and put it in a form that highlights the trends from day to day,” said Civitas Institute Election Analyst Susan Myrick. “NCVoteTracker makes it easy to see what’s happening as voters begin casting ballots for the May 8 primary.”

We have 3 one-stop voting sites, all of which are located in the town limits and one of which was located on ASU campus with the 2 others within 1 mile of campus. I am doing an analysis of the voting at one-stop and wanted to compare that to the election day stats. Are you going to add the actual election day results to this data base.
