I have been granted by my Lord Jesus the privilege of working past my seventh birthday. As I hear about these “young whipersnapper” government employees (at the present time it seems to be mostly teachers at the forefront) complaining about having to increase their participation in health insurance and retirement I am incensed. My peers and I have had an increase of around 18% in our Medicare Part B premiums over the past couple of years while our Social Security Checks have remained unchanged during that same period. (As I recall my personal increase was from around $89.00 to $111.00 monthly.) Personally I am not adversely affected by this as are many of my age are, but if the elderly can find a way to absorb such costs I’m certain those younger folks can. May conservatives stand firm on these goverment expenditures,
