I generally support this idea however… I am still unclear as to if this proposed “fee” would also apply to those employees who ALREADY DO pay their healthcare premiums, deductibles, and co-pays. Please address this because my husband is employed by UNCH and I assure you, we get nothing free and I don’t feel WE who do pay, should have to suppliment those who do not.
