Raleigh, N.C. – Poll results on races for North Carolina Senate Districts 8, 9, and 10 will be released to the public starting Monday, May 24, 2010. Members of the media are invited to attend the Saturday morning session when Civitas Institute Senior Legislative Analyst Chris Hayes will discuss some of the poll results before their Monday release.
“All signs indicate that the races for North Carolina Senate seats in these districts will be very competitive,” said Civitas Institute President Francis De Luca. “Voters are ready to be heard.”
The Eastern North Carolina Tea Party Summit will focus on grassroots and get-out-the-vote training, education, and motivation for grassroots activists. The event runs May 21-23 at the Hilton Wilmington Riverside and will feature Fox News Channel Contributor and Washington Examiner Senior Political Analyst Michael Barone as the Friday night keynote speaker.
